Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we uphold a no refunds policy.

If an error occurs on our part—such as 

• Receiving the wrong size,
• Receiving the wrong product,
• Receiving a misprint or incorrect design,

We will happily replace the mistaken item. Simply provide us with proof (e.g., photos of the issue) to initiate the replacement process. Contact: Info@fanlocker.io

For orders fulfilled accurately but not meeting personal preferences (e.g., size, color, style), replacements or refunds cannot be offered. We advise all customers to consult our size guides and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. 

However, your satisfaction is important to us! Please contact us, and we may be able to provide a discount code for a reprint at a reduced rate. Contact: Info@fanlocker.io

2. Subscriber Policy

Our subscription service operates on a no refunds basis. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, with immediate effect.
